To solve common problems when viewing a webinar please ensure you are registered and logged in and your speakers/headphones are working. You may also need to update your Flash Player to the latest version.

If you do not receive a password please check your spam filter. You password can be changed on the My Account page.

While we make every effort to prevent technical issues some corporate firewalls are configured to block certain types of video traffic.

A non-streaming version of the webinar will be available to watch but please allow a minute for it to buffer after pressing play.
